Upon termination, your access to course materials and platform features will cease. We are not obligated to provide refunds for services already rendered, except as required by applicable law.

Multiple Account Policy

Each participant should maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions, obtain unauthorized discounts, or engage in other improper activities is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high availability of our training platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access:

• • Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice to address critical issues

In-person training sessions are conducted at our Tokyo facilities. We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location where necessary to comply with applicable laws.

Changes to enrolled programs will be communicated to affected participants with reasonable advance notice. Material changes that significantly impact your enrolled programs will be handled in accordance with our refund and modification policies.

Our Content Ownership

All content provided through our platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, software, laboratory configurations, documentation, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by DataCore or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws:

• • You may access and use course materials solely for your personal learning purposes
• • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission
